Troubleshooting
The import did not accept my file
Check the format first. In the current preview, Markdown and plain text are the safest inputs. Export DOCX, PDF, or other formats to .md or .txt before testing.
The project completed with warnings
A warning does not always mean the project is useless. It means some stage produced partial, missing, or uncertain output. Open the diagnostics or review details before relying on the generated canon.
I see duplicate characters
This is a normal entity-resolution issue. Look for aliases, titles, pronouns, and spelling variants. Merge or resolve only when the evidence supports it.
The graph looks too dense
Start with a smaller set of chapters or focus on one entity. Dense graphs can reveal useful structure, but they can also make uncertain relationships look stronger than they are.
An entity or relationship is wrong
Inspect the evidence. If the source does not support the claim, reject, edit, or leave it unresolved depending on the available workflow.
A pronoun review item is confusing
Open the source excerpt. Pronoun and coreference issues need local scene context. Do not resolve the item unless you can identify the reference with confidence.
The docs describe a feature I do not see
Some pages describe current preview direction or internal/development behavior. Check the current product status page and treat unavailable flows as not yet public.
The result is noisy
Use a smaller project. Clean chapter boundaries, stable filenames, and fewer mixed notes usually produce better reviewable structure.
